This class maximizes your time like no other. The alternating cardio and core design keeps your heart rate up and your body strong.

Edge Strength
A barbell-based class designed to work the entire body to the beat of your favorite songs. From squats and lunges, to shoulders and core… it’s all in the hour for you to get more. This class is for members beginning strength train to those that have been lifting forever. This is the best total body barbell class around.
Class Length: 60 min
TRX
TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. It was created by a Navy Seal and now is used by athletes and studios world-wide. TRX utilizes suspension bands to develop total body strength. This 60 min class will increase your heart rate while building a strong body/core.

Cycle and Core
This class is a studio favorite. The alternating cycle and core/strength design keeps your heart rate up and your body strong. The core and strength exercises vary each week with kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX and more.

Cycle 60
Indoor cycling at it’s best! This 60 minute class will incorporate sprinting, climbing, and interval training! This class is great for a new rider as well as the advanced cyclist. Heart rate monitor recommended.
Class Length: 60 min
Performance Cycle 60 & 80
Performance Cycle 60 – Indoor cycling at it’s best! Cycle classes will simulate riding various types of terrain. Enjoy sprinting, climbing, interval training and more! This is great class for a beginner as well as an advanced cyclist. Heart rate monitor recommended. Performance cycle 60 is 60 minutes of aerobic and anaerobic heart pounding intervals and climbs like you have never experienced.
Performance Cycle 80 -Indoor cycling at it’s best! Cycle classes will simulate riding various types of terrain. Enjoy sprinting, climbing, interval training and more! This is great class for a beginner as well as an advanced cyclist. Heart rate monitor recommended. Performance cycle 60 is 20 minutes longer of aerobic and anaerobic heart pounding intervals and climbs than Performance Cycle 60. This is a must for endurance athletes.
